It is called Chakrasana in Sanskrit. 'Chakra' means 'wheel'. It goes without saying why the pose is named thus.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Wheel Pose stimulates the eight major chakras in the human body (yes, it is eight and we will shortly cover the topic) and hence it is a powerful pose. It energizes the whole body.
