In Revolved Head-to-Knee Pose, you stretch your hand over your body to hold the stretched leg. \u2018Parivrtta\u2019 in Sanskrit means \u2018to revolve\u2019, \u2018janu\u2019 means \u2018knee\u2019 and \u2018sirasa\u2019 means \u2018head\u2019.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Revolved Head-to-Knee Pose stimulates performance of digestive system. Keep your legs far apart from each other.<\/li><li>Fold your right leg and place the right heel on the inner side of the left thigh on the floor.<\/li><li>Inhale as you lift your hands over your head.<\/li><li>With exhalation, bend towards your left.<\/li><li>Hold the left foot with your left hand.<\/li><li>Bring your right hand over the body and hold the left foot.<\/li><li>Look straight.<\/li><li>Hold the pose for 20 seconds.
