Kindly follow the rules and experience wonderful yoga session every time you unroll your yoga mat.<\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Practice only on empty stomach. It is best to have bowel movement before starting your yoga session. Have a glass of water before your session. In case one consumes a cup of tea or coffee, yoga should be performed only after at least half an hour. A gap of three to four hours is required between meals and yoga session in case you practice in the evening.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Do not go for a drink, even water, for 20 minutes after you complete your yoga session.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">In case you prefer to bathe before your yoga practice, maintain a gap of 10 minutes between your bath and yoga session. In case of bathing after yoga session, you can do so after half an hour.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Do not practice yoga directly on the floor. Use a blanket or yoga mat.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Practice yoga in a properly ventilated area. Avoid using air conditioner during practice.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Do not practice yoga after walking or after performing other exercises. In case of slow walking exercise, you can perform yoga after half an hour. You need to have a gap of at least 5 to 6 hours between weight lifting sessions and yoga.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Avoid wearing tight fitting clothes during yoga practice.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Remove glasses if you are wearing while performing yoga poses.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Pregnant women can perform poses that support easy child birth. It is best done under able guidance.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Yoga has no age barrier. Encourage your kids to join you during your yoga sessions. Never encourage them to try tough poses.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Some believe that yoga calls for abstinence from sex. Well, you only need to maintain a gap of at least five hours between sex and yoga.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">At the end of each yoga session, perform Rest Pose. For one hour yoga session, you need to rest in Rest Pose for 10 minutes.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Avoid performing yoga in case you experience fever, headache and diarrhea.
