Step-by-Step Guide

  • Assume Lotus Pose, Easy Pose or Thunderbolt Pose.
  • Bring the tips of index finger and thumb together. 
  • Keep the other three fingers stretched.
  • The palms should face downwards.
  • Hold the pose in both hands for 15 to 30 minutes.
3) Shunya Vayu Mudra

  • Assume Lotus Pose, Easy Pose or Thunderbolt Pose.
  • Fold your index and middle fingers so the tips touch the base of the thumb.

  • Assume Easy Pose or any other meditative pose you are comfortable with. 
  • Fold the thumb and place your index and middle fingers over it.
  • Let the ring finger and little finger be stretched.
  • Assume the same finger positions in both the hands and bring them closer to each other.
  • The tips of ring finger and little finger of your right hand should touch the tips of respective fingers in your left.
  • Knuckles of folded index and middle fingers should be held together.
  • Hold the mudra for 15 to 30 minutes.
