  • Apply paste of acalypha indica on the wound site to speed up healing. You can also add turmeric to the paste.
  • To remove unwanted facial hair, add turmeric powder to acalypha indica paste and apply on face. Let the paste dry. Gently exfoliate and rinse your face well.
  • Take a fistful each of acalypha indica and neem leaves and grind them. Apply the paste on your scalp and hair. Wash your hair after half an hour. Do it twice a week for healthy hair growth.
Side Effects of Acalypha Indica

Though acalypha indica is generally considered safe, it may cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea in some people.

Those with G6PD (Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase) deficiency may experience hemolysis on using acalypha indica.
