In the fast paced world, we have learnt to adapt ourselves to the ways of the world. It is RO for impure water and mask for air pollution and gloves when we step out of our home for fear of contracting some virus. Though we are well aware of the reasons behind the environmental changes we are focused on getting away from the effects of the changes.

We are also moving away from the foods of our ancestors and instead choose to go for instant foods that make our work simpler. Being time-deprived may want us to cook simple but it is more than essential that we do not deprive ourselves of nutritious food. To counter the ill effects of environmental pollutants, we need to eat healthy, exercise at least four days a week and sleep well every day of the week.
