  • Place your palms together.
  • Bring the tips of left hand's little finger and right hand's ring finger together.
  • Now, bring the tips of right hand's little finger and left hand's ring finger together.
  • Bring the tips of left hand's middle finger and right hand's index finger together.
  • With thumbs away from each other, bring the tips of right hand's middle finger and left hand's index finger together.

Practicing Surabhi Mudra during sunrise or sunset for 15 to 45 minutes maximizes the benefits.
